All is good, the only improvement is there is no hairdryer on the bathroom, which is quite normal in a hotel industry. Perfect location near the metro station, restaurant and to central station

There was trash in the room when we forest arrived. We had to ask for fresh towels on day three. The staff are friendly. Cool place

Great stay. However the hotel did not clean our place eventhough we stay more than 3 days. Near train station and tourist attraction is a plus point. We can play pingpong at the hotel as well.

Забронировали капсулу-под на ночь, так как в последнюю минуту не было ничего подходящего в рамках бюджета. Пребывание было отличным! Капсула больше, чем казалось, хватало места развернуться вдвоем, раскрыть чемоданы и т.п. Общие ванные комнаты в отличном состоянии и очень чистые. Атмосфера в отеле располагающая и приятная, ну и это самый центр города

We booked a capsule. The room and Bathroom were very clean. The sound isolation - as expected- was very poor, but for a 1-night stay in last last-minute booking it was expected. Overall - nothing bad to say in this situation

This is such a nice hotel to stay no matter you are a business traveler, solo traveler or with a family. The lounge and workspace suit all these types and help you to relaxed! A very central location with walkable distance to the Rotterdam Centraal Station, The Market and the harbour side. You will be surprised that they have a nice exercise area! Their breakfast is also nice for those who have tight schedule in the morning or simply wanna chill at the lounge. If you are a person who cares for saving our planet or a design lover, you will love this hotel. USUAL cares about the impact of their building materials and daily products on the environment and do good job in recycling as well. You can tell from their interior design of their entire hotel. And it’s fun to find out how many “U” they hide in all the design details! Have fun and enjoy your stay there like me!
